My wife and I were recently looking to buy our first home. The whole process was new to us and we didn’t know where to start. For several weeks, we looked through Real Estate Magazines and the paper, but it seemed as soon as we found something we liked it was off the market. We decided to get serious and work with a broker. Through discussions with friends and family, we were referred to Ro Chipman.

Ro educated us not only in the home buying process but also in the valuation of homes. She wanted us to feel comfortable with our decisions, decisions that needed to be made very quickly. My husband and I were moving to Massachusetts from Washington State due to a job change. We were literally on the road traveling through California to visit relatives and friends on our way out here. We were totally unfamiliar with the area and the market here in MA. We called several Realtors from our cell phone on the road and asked them questions trying to get a feel for what to expect. Recently, my fiancee and I were looking to purchase our first home. We had been living in an apartment for about a year and a half, and were looking for something that was in our price range and was a home that we would enjoy living in.
